Once your application is received, it will be processed within a maximum of 30 days

You will be advised if successful or declined                                                                                                             

A successful application does not imply immediate activation to receive insurance claims              

Activation will commence when a vacancy on the panel becomes available, due to resignation, termination or increased claim volumes                                     

When a vacancy becomes available you will be contacted to commence stage II of the application regarding service level agreements, rate card compliance and 1 Call procedures

Consistent ‘above par’ service delivery is required

Regardless of your duration on the panel, EVERY claim is monitored to ensure service levels are adhered to. Panel contractors represent their own, 1 Call’s and the insurers brand; as such we have a fair but strict correctional policy for substandard performance and quality
